Job Description :
Boulder county home developer looking for a Purchasing and Permit Coordinator. This person will assemble, submit and track all appropriate building permits, manage the kickoff and do takeoffs. Will analyze plans in order to coordinate purchasing of all building materials and oversee budgets for a variety of single family homes located throughout Boulder county.

REQUIREMENTS: Two years experience in construction and two years experience in drafting.

This is a permanent, full-time, contract position. Salary based on experience, $15/hr minimum
